Validity
The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as worded at the time of the order, apply to the entire business relationship between "Nando" and the customer. The only terms and conditions of sale recognised by "Nando" are the following. If the customer wishes other conditions, "Nando" does not recognize them, except in case of a valid written request.
Prices
All prices quoted on this website by the seller are retail prices in EURO, inclusive of statutory VAT. The commercial offers and prices quoted on this website are only valid for consumers / end customers. Commercial customers cannot benefit from these offers. Packaging and delivery costs will be itemised separately on the invoice. All prices quoted, including packaging and delivery costs, are valid only at the time of ordering. If you refresh the "Nando" page, the previous prices and data are no longer valid.
Terms of payment
The customer may select the method of payment at the time of ordering (with credit card). Payment is considered to have been made when "Nando" has the amount of the order at its disposal. The customer must pay all costs associated with the payment of the goods, particularly in the case of bank transfer from abroad. In the case of payment by credit card, the debit will take place when the goods are dispatched.
Right of revocation
It is not possible to cancel or refuse an order that has already been produced to the customer's requirements. In the case of payment in advance: if the sum due has not been credited within 7 days of the contract being formed, "Nando" reserves the right to cancel the order and withdraw from the contract.
Delivery conditions
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer under the conditions indicated on the website. The delivery time is based on the information displayed at the time the order is placed on the website and the information given to the customer when the order is confirmed.
The production time for the following items is: Canvas printing: 5 working days; delivery within France usually takes 5 to 10 working days (*excluding Saturdays and public holidays) (*excluding Saturdays and public holidays). All deliveries will be made subject to conforming and punctual deliveries by the suppliers of "Nando". If a product ordered by a customer is not available and therefore cannot be delivered, for reasons not attributable to "Nando", "Nando" may choose between terminating the contract or offering the customer another product with a similar price and quality. "Nando" must then inform the customer as soon as possible. In case of termination of the contract, payments already made by the customer must be refunded. "Nando" reserves the right to make partial deliveries. Any claim for damages against the seller on the grounds of late delivery is excluded if the seller did not cause the delay through wilful misconduct or gross negligence. If the delivery is delayed through no fault of "Nando" (force majeure, liability of third parties, etc.), the delivery period will be extended. The customer will be duly informed of the situation. If this period is extended by more than four weeks after the contract has been concluded, the parties have the right to withdraw from the contract.

Any unauthorised copying, reproduction, modification, distribution or other use of the content, including any part or version thereof, is strictly prohibited. The artist remains the owner of the copyright. The rights of representation and reproduction of the works present on the www.art-nando.com or www.nando.fr site belong to their author. Joint authorisation is required for any use of these rights. All elements appearing on the site are protected by copyright and all other intellectual property rights.
